Compensation: To low 100's + stock

Do you want to help lead the overall artistic vision for the company and bring its strategy to life? A rapidly growing teen oriented social networking site is vastly expanding its virtual world and is looking to bring on board a Senior Art Director to help expand the depth and breadth of the site's thriving community. Reporting to the Creative Director, the Senior Art Director will join a prestigious management team that includes user experience, illustration and 3D game-design professionals.

This is a great opportunity to have a high impact in helping to build an exciting company that is forging ahead in the new media, social networking and virtual gaming realms.

Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple deadlines and consistently delivers creative on target and on time
* Drive exceptional creative from concept to completion
* Manage multiple projects with multiple deadlines, ensuring that creative work is delivered on target and on time
* Deliver creative presentations to management and project owners
* Cultivate great relationships with cross-functional teams, building trust among a diverse group
* Coordinate with outside agencies and vendors and manage internal clients

Requirements:
* Five to seven years of related experience (agency experience a plus)
* Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in graphic design, advertising or related field
* Able to see creative projects through from concept to completion
* Strong skills in collaboration and organization as well as multitasking and project-management
* World-class creative thinking and exceptional design skills
* Ability to coordinate with outside agencies and manage internal clients
* Must enjoy motivating others, being part of a fun-loving, hard-working team and have a sense of humor
* Superb ability to cultivate great relationships and build trust with a team of creatives of differing professional levels and diverse personalities
