Moving TechTalk@SL to Iowa

We are moving TechTalk@SL venue from its previous parcel at Norfolk to the new Tech Park at Iowa. This is possible with the help of Dan Power (aka Leinad Meriman). Currently Norfolk corner is empty and most of the work for the new place is done. Once we have everything prepared I will notify all associated groups and sites. Any help is appreciated, just message me in-world or here.

Great start of the weekend!

Weekend starts great. The 7th Workshop on Decision Support in-world has just finished and I am glad that at some point more than 20 people joined. Prof. Dan Power and his co-host did a quite informative review of the 3D interfaces as a way to provide decision support. I am a big fan of the type of work you do.
Not to joke but it rocks! Virtual Meetings are on the cutting edge of technology and e-commerce.
Have a great weekend!

Thanks for your kind words about the spaceflight museum! We've had a great time building it, and it continues to grow. Just yesterday we added an updated ISS model, after astronaut Ed Lu visited and politely commented that our old one was "maybe a little obsolete". So now it's even a little ahead of time, since we have an ESA Automated Transfer Vehicle at our ISS, a week before the RL one is due to launch!

Hey Emil, your company looks very interesting! I have recently returned to university where I am researching knowledge transfer and creative collaboration in SL so we will have lots to talk about. I am currently writing a paper for a conference in Montreal on virtual Face to Face meetings and knowledge sharing in SL. Talk to you soon. Cheers Pete
