Thanks, Frank! I knew there must be a good reason why I was impressed ;-) It's very interesting that you can link your hosted servers to OSGrid. That might be the way to go for the ISM's expansion once we get through playing around with our own R&D efforts. I had speculated about what you've described, running multiple grids on one server (or vice versa) in a rather extensive posting to my blog yesterday. It's nice to see I wasn't completely off the mark.
There are many ways serious groups (academic, enterprise, etc.) can use virtual worlds to work together. Let's discuss some of the practical aspects of this, especially Web 2.0 tools available for distance-collaboration.
