Expertise

I am striving to make my work in VWs become my primary source of income. Currently I do generate a nice side income, but I want to increase that amount substantially, primarily by leading or contributing to corporate or commercial builds.

I am an expert builder and scripter in SecondLife (SL). I own six regions that include two clubs, a mall, and residential land with over 50% water for boating. One of the two clubs, Tantalus, is a DJ club that's been open over a year and has over 800 VIPs to date. The other club, the Apollo Room, is a combination live performance venue and ballroom dancing area.

Don't hesitate to contact me if you have questions about SL.

Last week, we started a discussion of a guild or organization to provide VW professionals a vehicle to help each other succeed as independent agents and compete for contracts. Would you and the Making a Living Group consider meeting with the KN group, perhaps at Power-Match for our Wednesday meeting tomorrow, to continue this discussion?

This is what I said, there, in response to your question: Actually, those should be going up this week. We're undergoing some changes however, that will be publicly announced very soon. One that is obvious is that I'm now promoting my company, World2Worlds, which had been under contract to UBM/CMP for well over a year. We're going forward with what we'd built, just under my company name and obviously there will be some other changes occurring as well. I'm hoping that people who belonged to our other groups in Second Life switch over to World2Worlds group as those groups will soon cease to be operational points for us.

Game objectives will vary. MetaVercia is about collaboration and coming to play different games as the mood takes you. Paintball is good. Could avatar bots not solve the labour intensive issue? Do you sell this to corporate clients? Or Educators for pupils? Ive several themes being developed and always happy to brainstorm.

I'd be happy to be so once I find my feet...am playing in the ITLP atm after having robbed 90% of the freebie shops LOL....Now I have all the goodies, I just need to find out what to do with them ha ha ha. I'm determined to at least learn how to texture as well as I was on IMVU & I think I can crack working with prims too (I was pretty good at geometry at school), however I do enjoying meeting people so showing newbies around either place is all good with me :)
