Yes, we have done a virtual job fair, in February, and are planning another one for June 24th. We are working with Pepperdine U. and Microsoft Academy to get interested students out for that.
In world we provide general information on our jobs but try and lead candidates to our web site for the actual job postings and other info (IT-Careers.mo.gov).
This is all new. We just got back into the recruiting efforts last summer. We did our first RL job fairs last fall so we are stil putting it all together. I am chairing the committee for these efforts.
Next I am getting a Facebook Page set-up. I will be linking our web page, SL site and Facebook all together so we are not duplication data or need to do so.
We will be bringing in an intern to review our SL site, give suggestions on changes and making the changes. Right now we have had some interest from a college in TX but if we have other students (I would think undergrad seniors or masters students) I am happy to review their resumes for the spot.
Any suggestions or other items please let me know.
