The Teen Grid is quite byzantine in comparison with the Main Grid, at least from the adult point of view. Since adults can't move from one island to any other on the TG, or even IM each other, there's no good communication or coordination of projects.
Some teens are really precocious and they show it, but for builders or designers, it's too small a market with too few people to share techniques with, as I've heard it described from a recent arrival from TG.
My surprise was that the teens don't seem to think of themselves as students, but as escapees from study. Which is actually a good thing.
