Cybergrrl Oh Held Hostage

I'm in stress mode right now. My main avie - my brand - my self - Cybergrrl Oh - is locked out of Second Life. I've been trying to access my account since Thursday night, have had a ticket into Linden Lab since Friday morning and have two major events coming up Monday and Tuesday on Athena Isle:

10 Mar Mon - 12pm slt -Don Peppers & Martha Rogers talk about their new book Rules to Break & Laws to Follow (roundtable text chat)

11 Mar Tue - 12pm slt Great Sex Day! Meet CEO Pat Davis of Passion ... & author of Passion Parties Guide to Great Sex then dance to the music of JueL Resistance at 1pm slt and wear your sexiest Diva Outfit to win prizes!

These are two of the biggest events I've held inworld so far. I'm also filming my live TV show in SL at 1pm SLT on Monday - REAL BIZ in SL. How can I do this without my avie?!?

I've been logging in as my alt Safra Jetcity who is now officially personal assistant to Cybergrrl Oh - but she lacks the permissions to take care of all the preparations for my events. And how do I explain things on REAL BIZ when Safra is host and not Cybergrrl? That Cybergrrl is sick or on vacation?

Or should I say Cybergrrl is being held hostage by Linden Lab?

That has a nice ring to it.

Has this happened to anyone else here? What did you do to resolve the situation??

As I had said in my last comment this happened to my husband and I have heard of it happening to someone else. Since Farnham said that SL is telling him you are still online, I was wondering if you allow any of your friends to see you on the map. If so, you should have them look for you and see if you are stuck like my husband was.

Comment by aliza sherman on March 9, 2008 at 11:38pm: I actually got in briefly yesterday and thought it was fixed so logged out. I was on my isle. But when I go to my isle as my alt, I'm nowhere to be seen but my online indicator there says I'm online.

I don't think the lockout was deliberate Brian - just a Second Life glitch that they don't have time to fix since it only affects one avie at a time (or maybe more but how would we know?)
