Monogram Virtua’s Co-Founders Randall K. Rubin, an avid filmmaker, and Harold Whaley, an automotive and music enthusiast, came up with idea to offer a vehicle magazine after the phenomenal success of Monogram Virtua’s First Annual Auto Show in March 2008, which drove huge levels of cyber traffic to the Monogram Virtua Convention Center, one of the company’s virtual convention centers. While in the cyber world, Monogram Virtua’s staff organized into their group of virtual world contacts a long list of fellow vehicle enthusiasts and began searching for a publisher experienced in delivering magazines in a virtual platform who’s mission is to also bring virtual communities together. Prim Velocity is designed to be just that, a publication to bring vehicle enthusiasts from both inside and outside virtual platforms together from all over the world.
