We Welcome Orange Sky Productions to Estrella Studios in the City of La Roda at Joy Estates

VirtualWorldConsultants.com is proud to announce PetLove Petshop and Emmo Wei, of Orange Sky Productions have accepted a studio at the Estrella Studios in the City of La Roda at Joy Estates. They will be offering media services through VirtualWorldConsultants.com as an additional service to our clients in collaboration.

The multi-talented Petlove Petshop came to Second Life in 2006 with a broad background in the business world and education.  She maintains a shop so that she and her friends can display their creations.  She owns and manages a residential sim in Second Life, and she's created a special education resource library through the auspices of the education community.  Her interest in video production grew of its own accord.  Pet is now an accomplished cameraperson and creator of customized avatars.  She works as a sound technician for Pooky Amsterdam's "The 1st Question," and works as the camera for Second Life's new show all about treasure hunting, called Happy Hunting! As a machinamatographer she's made over 50 films with teams and individually.  Her Youtube channel can be found at http://www.youtube.com/user/Trytofight?feature=mhee.  She's worked  with a variety of film professionals in Second Life including PookyMedia, MetamixTV, TreetTV, Cutting Edge Concerts and AviewTV.  She was also a camera for the 2011 Relay for Life closing weekend, donating her skills and time to Metaverse TV by filming interviews, uploading them into the livestream library, and livestreaming live interviews throughout that weekend. 

In her personal work she is in the process of completing a machinima based "Ten Big Ones," with permission of the author.  She's also working with Emmo Wei on another that documents the history of “tinies” in Second Life, and she's creating a mixed reality childrens e-book, "The Tiny Zebra & Her Search for the Letters," to be published before the end of 2012.

Accompanying her is Emmo Wei who came to Second Life in 2006.  He has been an island owner, shop owner, is a GIMP artist, machinima maker, performer, voice actor, and producer for MetamixTV.  He performs as the Daredevil Koala for The 1st Question and in various machinimas.

In real life he is an educator with many years of experience in K-12 and in graduate level classrooms at the university level.  He has worked in school administration, professional development, technology training, distance education, learning management systems,  computer networking and server management.

His current projects include live streaming concerts and events, production of The Spotlight and The Weekly Look, live streaming concerts and studio production of the recent MachinimUWA festival for Aview TV.   His team won the Best Costume Award in the 2011 48 hour Machinima Contest adding to their 2010 award of Most Unique Character. 

Other recent projects include the filming of The Phantom of the Opera and a mermaid production of The Sting That Stole Christmas.  Currently working on writing and filming instructional videos on a soon to be released product in SL.
