You may now create your own account in my virtual world at:

There are instructions on that page for getting into the world. Once in you will have to modify your avatar the way you wish by opening the inventory window in the bottom left corner of your screen, choose "create" from the top, and make new body parts and clothes which you will double click on to wear. Then right click on your avatar, choose appearance from the pie menu, and have fun. The gender choice is in the first appearance menu screen near the bottom middle.
